Scott VanNess, D.O.

Scott A. VanNess, DO is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and director of the Midwest Orthopedic Center. After earning a Master’s degree in sports medicine from the United States Sports Academy in Mobile, AL, Dr. VanNess earned his medical degree from the Chicago School of Osteopathic Medicine.

He then completed an internship at Chicago Osteopathic Medical Centers, and an orthopedic surgery residency at Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. Today he specializes in general orthopedic surgery and sports medicine.

Dr. VanNess is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. He is associated with Parkland Health Center, and the Surgery Center of Farmington. He also has a clinic at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.
